ESOutdoors.net may be referenced in these terms of service as "this site", "we", "us", "ESOutdoors", or "staff". Additionally, those who use or visit ESOutdoors.net may be referenced in these terms of service as "you", "the customer", "visitor(s)", or "user(s)".

The ESOutdoors.net email newsletter may be referred to as "the newsletter", "our publication(s)", or "ESOutdoors.net publicity".

These terms of service and additional terms found throughout this website may be referred to collectively as "terms" or "agreement".

Modification

It is your responsibility as the visitor/user to read these terms carefully prior to using ESOutdoors.net services, joining any of our member groups, such as the Message Board, or signing up for the email newsletter.

Terms listed seperately than these are intended to be an addition to these general terms of service. Accepting individual terms does not relieve responsibility of the user to abide by the terms set out in this agreement.

E-Mail Newsletter

The ESOutdoors.net email newsletter is intended to provide information relating to the content of this website to visitors and users who subscribe to it. Content contained in the newsletter is the property of ESOutdoors.net or the respective owner where cited. If content is submitted to ESOutdoors.net staff by users or visitors, rights are transferred to ESOutdoors.net. This site or staff may use the material as we see fit and include it in the ESOutdoors.net message board, newsletter, web pages, or share it with our affiliates. Content on the message board is not the responsibility of ESOutdoors.net. If copywrited content is used on the ESOutdoors.net message board, it is the responsibility of the poster to cite said content and give credit to the author. ESOutdoors.net does its best to eliminate any possibility of copywrite infringment, however, it is impossible for our staff to read through every post made and monitor every registered user. Because our staff is limited, we transfer all legal responsibility relating to plagerism and copywrite infringement to the respective user that posts such content.

ESOutdoors.net reserves the right to remove content from this site or message board for any reason at our sole discression.

If products or services are sold by ESOutdoors.net through this website or by any other means, responsibility of warranty or support of any kind is not the responsibility of ESOutdoors.net, but that of the respective manufacturer of the product.
